Hi Sean,

I skipped entering any WINS address information. The network that the Fax Centre was add to is a mix of Windows (all PCs are running Vista or Windows 7) and Macs and as a result did not require WINS to be configured. I also have to admit that I am not overly familiar with configuring WINS. I’d expect you’d need to have a primary and secondary WINS server running for clients (in this case the Faxcentre) to connect to and give themselves a name/ID on your WINS based network.

If you’re on Windows 7 and there’s nothing on your network that’s running an OS older than Windows 2000 then I don’t think you’ll need to worry about setting up WINS.

What did you use as your WINS addresses (or more importantly, how do I determine what I should use)? I’m working on a laptop running windows 7 and I really need to be able send docs to e-mail… a pretty basic function, but I can’t seem to get it to work.

Any help would be appreciated… you can call me if you prefer.

Has anybody figured out a way how to sent a copy of all outgoing faxes to an email??? This damn thing doesn’t seem to work as described in the manual!

Same goes with me… Worst web interface ever and painful process to forward to e-mail…. What a waste of time for this machine.
