I can’t make your code work.
I’m quite new at Zend so what I understand in your code is that :

$moduleList = $this->_getBootstrap()->getResource(‘modules’);

the bootstrap cannot find any resources for the Modules when I try to dispatch the plugin Offshoot_Controller_Plugin_ActiveModule.

By any chance, do you have any idea?

I have in my application.ini:

I'll see about taking this example to the next level in a future post.
